WHY
FOR MYSELF.
I always loved to travel. I love to plan holidays, I love to change places and I love to discover. This passion was handed down to me by my father. Together we have done travel all-over the Europe, we visited more than 13 countries and we have hours and hours talking, dancing and having fun in his car that took us everywhere visiting unknown places.
But this is not just a normal trip. This is a proper adventure, this time alone.
For my-self? YES.
This is an experience that helps you growing up in every kind of situation, it’s a school of life at 360° and 24h/24H. I always wanted to leave my city so, why don’t do that in occasion of my 18th birthday? As my dad said I started as a boy but I will return as a man and this is because I think that the distance from everything and everyone can makes you stronger.
I started alone, but here I found a lot of people that are making this experience greater that how I ever wished. I’m lucky because here with me there are a lot of Italians to don’t feel to0 much disoriented, but at the same time, there are other exchange students from all over the world. A big group of unknown FRIENDS sharing the same experience with different problems but same fantastic moments.
I changed a lot of schools, houses and friends in my life but no change was like this. And it is what I was searching for, I’m here to discover nice and bad things, equality and inequality and it’s exactly what I found.
It is a personal challenge that can give me more than my whole school experience till now.
