Here is where I live now, a new country, a new city, a new life.
I didn’t choose to come here, Left to the haphazard this big decision. When you decide to do an year abroad you have usually 3 possibility, choose just the country, choose the specific state or choose the city where to go. In my case I decided to go in UK, without indication. I was wishing to go maybe in the south of England, where I went some years ago and that I loved but the fate choose for me — in realty it was my actual host family to choose me — but now I’m very happy for that.
Scotland is a very nice place where to live, everything is like an Harry Potter film and, apart the weather, you can live very well. It was recently declared as the most beautiful country in the world. Its landscapes and buildings are fantastic and one time in the life you must visit it.
I live in a small part of Dalkeith called Easthouses, a group of small white houses with the typical english stile. Each one with big windows, each one with a green garden on the front and on the back.
Every zone of the city has a own giant park with more grass I ever seen. Free football and rugby fields where to take the dog or go with friends during a sunny day. Places where to relax in peace and spent a great afternoon.
This place is something that usually you see just in film, a magic dream with a pink sky that you don’t want to wake up from.
